Beginning this school year, L’Anse Creuse Public Schools will be issuing each of its students a Microsoft Office 365 account and E-Mail address to use both at school and home. This will be in addition to the Google Account that each student currently receives when they enroll with us. We are excited about this opportunity and the online access to word processing and presentation tools that it will provide to our students.

PowerSchool is making a transition from its traditional Parent Portal to the new Unified Classroom.  Making the switch to Unified Classroom is a one-time process. Attached is a step-by-step guide for users with existing Power School (Parent Portal) accounts on creating a new password for the Unified Classroom website.

If you do not have a Parent Portal account, you will need to contact your school. Parents and students may continue to access grades and attendance by using the mobile PowerSchool App.  The PowerSchool App and your app login information will remain unchanged.

Schoology is an LMS (Learning Management System) designed specifically for k-12 educators. This is an online platform for educators to post announcements, assignments, discussion boards, media albums, videos, and much more. Students can create digital portfolios, participate in teacher guided online discussions, review blended content, and submit assignments. Collaboration and communication in the platform make it easy to create a "connected class" and build community. Teachers can create online quizzes, post audio and video, give online feedback, join groups and share resources. Parents or guardians can access their child's work.
