Lancer Day

MSC Families,

Lancer Day is Monday, August 24! Students and families are welcome anytime 9:00 AM–3:30 PM. Please complete the required online forms before Lancer Day so your student can receive their packet/schedule.

PowerSchool Forms

All required forms must be completed through PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Important Form Reminders

  • No lease or utility bill is needed unless your address has changed.
  • Three forms require electronic signatures. In the PowerSchool App, select More (3 dots) → Forms. On a browser, click through all 4 tabs to complete the signatures.
  • Disregard the red symbols next to “custody” on the Student Contact page. They are a PowerSchool form-integration issue.

Education Benefits Form

One Education Benefits Form (EBF) is required per LCPS family. If your family already completed one this year for an LCPS elementary or high school student, you do not need to complete another.

Completing the EBF helps LCPS receive important state and federal funding that supports tutoring, academic support, enrichment and interventions.

School Pictures

Order school pictures through Kaiser Studio using School ID Code: 26LCMSC27. Paper order forms will also be available on Lancer Day; cash or check will be accepted.

Student iPads

The online forms include the required Device Agreement. LCPS Technology will be available on Lancer Day to distribute student iPads as LC middle schools begin 1:1 iPad use this year.

Please complete your online forms before Lancer Day. We look forward to seeing everyone Monday, August 24!

FREE MEALS FOR STUDENTS 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

L'Anse Creuse Public Schools is pleased to offer 1 free breakfast and 1 free lunch to all students thanks to the Michigan School Meals Program.  Even though meals are provided for free, families will still need to share household income information for our schools to receive full access to federal and state funding for educational programs that our students are entitled to.

Please be sure to complete the Education Benefit Form for all members of your household.

If your child has a food allergy, please notify the Food & Nutrition Department by contacting Amanda Snider at 586-783-6550 ext. 1105.  Also, please have a medical professional identify your child's allergen information by using the Special Dietary Accommodations Form.
