A heartfelt welcome back to all of our wonderful students and families! Our first day back to school is on Monday, August 31st. It is a half-day of school, with a dismissal time of 12:10 pm.

If you have not already completed the Returning Student Forms online, please follow the directions below to complete them.

Please note: New incoming TK and Kindergarten students DO NOT need to complete these online forms, as they were completed during Enrollment.

PowerSchool Forms

All required forms must be completed through PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Every parent has been given data access to the Parent Portal. You DO NOT need to set up a new account.
Your log-in will be your email, and your password will be welcome26.
How to access your Parent Portal account? Log in to PowerSchool here. Use your full email address as your username, and welcome26 as your password, Only select Forgot Password if needed.
If you have issues accessing your account with the above log-in/password, you may need a password reset. If needed, please contact Mrs. Sumbera via email at sumbesa@lc-ps.org.

Important Form Reminders

No lease or utility bill is needed unless your address has changed.
Three forms require electronic signatures. In the PowerSchool App, select More (3 dots) → Forms. On a browser, click through all 4 tabs to complete the signatures.
Disregard the red symbols next to “custody” on the Student Contact page. They are a PowerSchool form-integration issue.
The online forms also include the required Device Agreement, as every student will receive a student iPad, that will be assigned to them and will remain at school for their use.

Education Benefits Form

One Education Benefits Form (EBF) is required per LCPS family. If your family already completed one this year for an LCPS middle school or high school student, you do not need to complete another.

Completing the EBF helps LCPS receive important state and federal funding that supports tutoring, academic support, enrichment and interventions.

Complete the Education Benefits Form online — select “Apply for Benefits”
