English As A Second Language
Beth Linenberg

ESL Coordinator

Mission Statement
To provide a comfortable learning environment for children of all cultures to become proficient in English and have a sense of belonging in our community.

All L’Anse Creuse ELL students will be required to complete a state-mandated test to assess English proficiency levels in reading, writing, listening, speaking and comprehension. Students who are currently enrolled in our ELL support program as well as students who have been inactive for two years are scheduled to be tested to gauge English language progress and proficiency. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the ELPA test protocol, contact Beth Linenberg (586)783-6300 Ext.1002
