Yacks Elementary > Staff Web Pages R-Z > A. Szczepanski > All about me

Dear Parents and Students,

My name is Angela Szczepanski and I am excited to be the new Learning Support Specialist at Yacks Elementary. This is my seventh year in L'Anse Creuse where I have taught both second grade and fourth grade at Carkenord Elementary.  Before coming to L'Anse Creuse, I taught in Mt. Clemens and East Detroit.  I am a graduate of Central Michigan University, and have earned my masters degree from Saginaw Valley State.  I have been married for six years and have twin sons, Aaron and Andrew, who are going to turn 5 in October.

As an LSS, I will be working with many children in all grade levels.  I will also be working closely with classroom teachers to assist with instruction and ensure that all students are getting the most out of their educational experience.

I look forward to meeting the children and families of Yacks Elementary School.  I am confident that this will be an exciting year!
