     Welcome to my classroom’s web site.  Please let me introduce myself.  My name is Tom Sloan and I am a fifth grade teacher at Tenniswood Elementary School.  I have taught for L’Anse Creuse Public Schools for the past two years.  I have been teaching for a total of 4 years.  I truly enjoy working with children.  It is satisfying to see a child progress academically and mature emotionally throughout the school year.  On a personal note, I am married to a wonderful person who is also a teacher.  We have a young son named Aidan.  He is truly the highlight of our lives. 

     I hope you find this web site helpful.  I hope to post student work, pictures, and important dates and information.
