Bienvenidos
Welcome! I'm Mrs. Belinsky and I teach Spanish to 1st-5th graders at South River Elementary, Tenniswood Elementary and Graham Elementary. I've been teaching in the district for eight years and I'm very excited to be your child's teacher. I use songs, games, skits to teach reading, writing, speaking and listening in Spanish.
In May 2000, I graduated with a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. I earned my Master's Degree from Saginaw Valley University in May 2006. Email me at belinhe@lc-ps.org .

Dia de Los Muertos
During the week of October 24-28th, all 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders made sugar skulls as part of a cultural exploration of this Mexican holiday. Sugar skulls are a type of folk art used as decorations during this holiday.
If you are interested in making sugar skulls or would like more information about Dia de Los Muertos, go to: www.mexicansugarskull.com

A special thank you to the Parents and students that helped to prepare and make the sugar skulls for decorating.
