Welcome to our class webpage!  Here you will find information about our class as well as important dates and a copy of our current newsletter.  Thanks for stopping by!

 

About Mrs. Slifco

I graduated from Wayne State University in 1990 with a BS in Elementary Education.  I previously taught in Detroit Public Schools and a private school.  This is my fifth year teaching kindergarten at South River and I feel so fortunate to be a part of this great community!  I'm thrilled to be teaching our full-day kindergarten program again this year.  I'm currently working on my Masters in Early Childhood Education at Saginaw Valley State University.

On a personal note, I'm married to my husband of 16 years.  We have three daughters ages 14, 12 and 10.  We also have two dogs- a chocolate lab and a Jack Russell/Beagle mix.
