Hello First Grade Families!
Welcome! I am Mrs. Karen Fraeyman and I have been teaching kindergarten and first grade at South River Elementary for the past 15 years.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and my Early Childhood Education endorsement at Wayne State University. I completed my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education through Saginaw Valley State University.
My husband and I have three children and a golden retreiver. Our oldest daughter is a skater with Disney On Ice. Our son is a freshmen and member of the men's track and field team at Grand Valley State University. And our youngest daughter is on the JV dance team in her first year of high school. She also is involved in the theater company and plays piano. We're a very busy family just like the rest of you are with sports schedules, dance classes, and family functions...
