Mrs. Barrett's Kindergarten Class

Welcome to Mrs. Barrett's web page.  I am very excited to be teaching the full day kindegarten program at South River Elementary School.  This is my 13th year of teaching in the L'Anse Creuse Public Schools.  I have taught grades kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd grade and 3rd grade.

On a personal note, my husband and I have been married for 15 years.  We are the parents of 3 boys ages 9, 6 and 4 years.  We also have a 2 year old yellow lab.  I enjoy playing tennis, walking, reading and attending sporting events with my family.

I graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  I earned my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Wayne State University.
