Construction Technology

This is the house that we are currently constructing in the Urban Meadows Subdivision in Macomb Township.  The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  The great room and one of the bedrooms feature cathedral ceilings.  The master bedroom has a pan ceiling and a walk-in closet.  It also has ample parking in its 3-car garage.  The home has quality, energy efficient windows and has an appealing architectural shingle roof.  It will be completed and for sale in the spring of 2007.  Interested buyers can schedule walkthroughs with teacher Dean Sabelhaus via e-mail at sabelde@lc-ps.org.
