Students Learn from Barton Malow Company

On Jan. 14, a representative from Barton Malow Company, the construction managers of the current L’Anse Creuse Middle School  South renovation, will discuss with Middle School  South seventh-graders how math and science are utilized on a daily basis in the construction business.  This will help them better understand what is happening at their school and how it applies to concepts they are learning, said Kristin Cairo, math teacher.   The visits will be from 11:20-11:50 a.m. and continue at 12:25-12:50 p.m. and again at 2:05-3:05 p.m.  Middle School  South is located at 34641 Jefferson Avenue.  For more information, please contact Cairo at 586-493-5620 or at cairokr@lc-ps.org.
