Reliving the Civil War

L’Anse Creuse Middle School – South eighth-graders will relive part of the Civil War May 2 from 8-11:20 a.m. with portrayals of President Abraham Lincoln and General Custer and displays of Civil War and pre-Civil War cavalry artifacts, and Civil War, post-Civil War, and reconstruction infantry.   L’Anse Creuse Board of Education Treasurer, David Fowler, will share the life of the common soldier.  Middle School – South is located at 34641 Jefferson Avenue.
