About Mrs. Cizmas

Long time ago I was born in Kansas City, Missouri.  We soon moved to Michigan and attended the Livonia schools.  My college years were spent at Alma College as an undergraduate and Saginaw Valley University to obtain a master's in reading education.

My professional teaching experience has included summer experiences with students with severe reading and learning difficulties and teaching incarcerated sixth through nineth grade boys in the Kentucky prison system.  I have taught in L'Anse Creuse Schools for over 30 years; teaching in both elementary and middle schools. 

I love Middle school!  I have taught many different subjects, but English and reading are my favorites.
