Dear MS-C Parents:

It’s time to order this year’s yearbook!  For your convenience, this year Middle School - Central will be using the Sales Express Program for yearbook purchases.  This will make buying a yearbook quick, easy and hassle-free.  You’ll love it!  The 2007-2008 yearbook cost is $18.50, which includes tax.  You do not need to send money now!  A bill will be sent to your home later. 

How to Order
1. Fill out the Sales Express form included with this letter.  You can also find an order form on the
MS-C website.  Return the completed form to MS-C by Friday, November 2.
2. You can also choose to order on-line:  www.buyayearbook.com. The school ID # is 8065360.  You will have the option of mailing in a payment or paying online.

How to Pay
Parents will be invoiced for payment once the yearbook order form is returned to school.  The invoice will come from the yearbook company and payment will be made directly to them.
Payment options:
1. Pay by mailing in a check or money order (mailing info will be sent to you)
2. Credit cards will also be accepted via a toll free number 1-888-298-5063 and at www.buyayearbook.com. The school ID # is 8065360. Utilizing this method will allow for partial payment with the balance due in 30 days.
3. You must respond to the invoices that will be mailed to your home, to insure your child receives a yearbook in June. 
If you order online:
1. You can choose to process a check or credit card payment online. After your payment is processed, please print your confirmation page.
2. Or you can print your order form to mail in with a check or money order. Your order will not be entered in the system until this form is received with payment. It is important you mail this form immediately.

I-Tags - Something New and Fun
You also have the option to order I-Tags for your child.  I-Tags are personalization name plates.   They are a peel and stick form of personalizing yearbooks, I-pods, calculators, notebooks, etc.   You can choose from 40 different icons, as well as place your child’s name or nick-name on them.  Refer to attachment.  Cost per line: $5.50.  Cost for a picture icon added: $3.75.

At Middle School Central, we are always looking for ways to enhance both you and your child’s experience. We look forward to providing this additional service in purchasing the yearbook.
