This schedule is for the fall semester, the spring semester will cover all the same topics but in reverse order. Other changes may need to be made due to weather. Fitness Lab
Every student in a required P.E./Health class will have the opportunity to use the Fitness Lab. My class meets there once a week (usually on a Wednesday). The main focus in the fitness lab is for students to use the heart rate monitors provided to understand how hard their body works during different exercises. In the fitness lab students have the opportunity to use the following equipment:
Treadmills, rowers, steppers, bikes, cross trainers, free weights, balance balls, weighted exercise balls, balance boards, and workout videos.
