                 2006 LCN FOOTBALL PROGRAM

The 2006  varsity football team had it's first winning season in ten years.With a 5-4 record the team fell one game shy of entering the playoffs for the first time ever. The JV football team was 6-2-1 and the Freshman team finished 7-1-1.

Two varsity players Erik Thompson and Joe Politowicz Jr. received All -Metro East honors. Eleven members of the team achieved MAC Blue All-Acadmic Team honors and Division I All-State Academic Team honors. Joe Setchell earned honorable mention,Division I  individual All-State Academic honors.
