About Mr. Manninen

 

I teach Drafting/CAD and Modular Technology.  I am excited to begin our third year in the new technology lab!    

 

I hold a B.S. in Industrial Technology Education from Eastern Michigan University.  I majored in Graphic Communication with a focus in Computer Aided Design.  While at EMU I served as the Technology Education Collegiate Association Chapter President.  We competed in various hands on technology competitions against other colleges.  I also served as the Athletic Chairman for my fraternity. 

 

Before transfering to EMU I attended Michigan State University and Madonna University, for one year each studying engineering and playing varsity basketball for Madonna.

 

Currently, I am enrolled in the Instructional Technology program at Saginaw Valley State University.

 

In my free time I enjoy basketball, mountain biking and going to the gym.  I also enjoy studying health issues, faith, politics and education.
