Macomb County Wrestling Champion

L’Anse Creuse High School-North wrestler Gary C., a senior, is the Macomb County wrestling champion in the 130-pound category and has been named the Macomb Daily December Athlete of the Month.   L’Anse Creuse High School-North will receive $250 for their athletic department for Gary being selected as part of the Macomb Daily-Sunkist promotion.
 L’Anse Creuse High School senior Josh B., currently undefeated at 31-0, is the Macomb County champion in the 171-pound category after defeating an Anchor Bay opponent at the 36th Annual Macomb County Wrestling Invitational in December 2009.  L’Anse Creuse High School hosts the MAC Red Championships Feb. 6 and the MHSAA Individual Districts on Feb. 13.
