14 & Under, 16 & Under, 18 & Under
Open Division (35 & Over)

Cost:  $80.00 Entry/Registration Fee per team is non-refundable and must be paid a the time of registration.
 
Late Registration Fee Change:
(After Sunday, May 15, 2011)
the fee will be $100.00 per team. 

The deadline for late registrations is:
Monday , May 23, 2011. 
We will NOT be accepting any registrations after this point due to the time-line for ordering shirts and putting the brackets in place.
