Project Update
The concrete floor in the new gymnasium was completed March 1. In preparation for the concrete, a sand base was graded and compacted. The base was covered by a vapor barrier layer and wire mesh for stability. Over two hundred yards of concrete was laid in one day.
Soffit framing on the exterior continues.
Roof sumps and overflows have been tied into the new walls.
Block work continues on interior walls in the toilet rooms and corridor area.
Masonry work on the Commons area continues.
The metal roof deck and edge work will be set in place the first week of March.
Door frames are being installed.
