January 2007 Construction Update

Project Update

  • Gym decking has been completed.
  • The gym roof is water tight.  Metal deck and edge work still to be completed.
  • Masonry walls and piers in the Commons area are nearing completion.
  • In-wall and underground mechanical and electrical work continues.
  • Steel and deck work on the gym has been completed and inspected.
  • Replaced broken drainage crock under gym.
  • Weather protection will be installed on the scaffolds when needed so that masonry work can continue in the cold weather.
