Classroom Expectations and Rules:

Students in Señora Tharp’s Class will be:

 

RESPECTFUL:

        Treat others the way we wish to be treated.

        Kind and compassionate to others.

        Accept others’ ideas in class and hallways.

        Are courteous to others.

        Are friendly to others.

        Are trustworthy at all times.

        Use acceptable language at all times.

 

RESPONSIBLE:

        Are cooperative in class and hallways.

        Are supportive of others.

       Are prepared for class and activities.

       Set a good example for others.

       Work to establish a positive reputation.

       Completes assigned tasks on time.

       Accepts the consequences of their actions.

       Is sharing and forgiving.

       Comes to the aid of one in need.

Silence when the teacher or another student is speaking

BE RESPECTFUL TO OTHERS, BE RESPECTFUL TO PROPERTY, NO FOUL LANGUAGE, NO GUM, FOOD, OR DRINK, NO WRITING ON DESKS, KEEP YOUR NEGATIVE ATTITUDES TO YOURSELF, NO WHINING, CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF, DO NOT WORK ON HW IN CLASS, NO PASSING OR WRITING NOTES, USE COMMON SENSE, COME TO CLASS PREPARED.
