What is Modular Technology?
Modular Technology is an applied technology course that challenges students to learn a wide-array of technology skills.
Students learn about technology by studying instructional "modules" which uses multimedia computer software as the primary source of instruction. Learning experiences are supported by applying knowledge learned in the modules to projects and activities.
Examples of projects/activities include:
- CO2-Powered Dragster Design
- Bridge Building Competition
- Various CNC Milling Applications
- Short Instructional or News Videos
- Animated Logos or Cartoon Creation
- WebSite Design
- Technical Drawings and Floor Plans
- Custom Magazine Covers
- Buisness Cards and Letterhead
- Controls and Sensors Models
- Hot-Air Balloons
