Austin D, a senior at L’Anse Creuse High School, also took second place in the state for his Radio Sportscast by the Michigan Association of Broadcasters.   "Austin placed first in the Sports Play-by-Play category in 2009, earning him the honor of doing play-by-play for the student radio production of the MHSAA Boy's Basketball finals at Michigan State University," said Steve Miller, broadcast club sponsor.  "Austin's 2010 award also affords him a spot for play-by-play at the basketball finals, capping what has been an outstanding career as a high school student broadcaster."  For more information, contact Miller at millest@lc-ps.org.
