Higgins Elementary > Student Council > About

      The Higgins Student Council is made of third, fourth and fifth graders.  They were elected by their classmates.  Each team of representatives is responsible for reporting to a primary grade classroom.  We meet once a week and sometimes after school to work on special projects.  We try to do projects that help our school and our community.  If you have any ideas for our group, please let a representative know so they can bring it to our next meeting.
