Thanks for visiting my class website!  This will be my 3rd year teaching at Higgins Elementary and my 7th year teaching for L'Anse Creuse Public Schools.

I started out in L'Anse Creuse as a student and then a cheerleading coach at the High School during college. I also enjoyed working in the district as a substitute teacher and as a student teacher prior to being hired as a teacher.

 I attended Oakland University for both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees. I have a Master's degree and ZA endorsement in Early Childhood education.

Over the summer, I adopted a Yorkshire Terrier mix from the Midwest Small Breed Dog Rescue.  His name is Teddy and he is 6 years old.  He loves to go for walks and sit in my lap.
