Mystery 

Millennium Mystery Madness (3-5)

From Thinkquest Jr., this webquest teaches students about characteristics of the mystery genre.  Millennium Mystery Madness has received several five star awards for its content and design!  A great way for students to discover the mystery genre!

 

MysteryNet's Kids Mysteries (3-5)

This site provides several mysteries for students to solve.  In addition, it provides a place for them to read the writings of other students their age. 

 

Scholastic Mystery Writing (5)

In this online "workshop" with mystery writer, Joan Lowery Nixon, students will benefit from writing tips and challenges!  Students will also have the opportunity to read one of Joan's mysteries as well as mysteries written by children of all ages.
