Meet Mrs. Whitehead

I received my Bachelors of Science degree in elementary education in Special Education from the University of Detroit Mercy. My Masters Degree in Reading and Language Arts was from Oakland University. Most recently, I received my Education Specialist degree in English as a Second Language from Wayne State University.

This is my 18th year of teaching in L'Anse Creuse. I started teaching preschool and middle school children at the Macomb County Youth Home. I moved to Tenniswood in 1994 and  have taught first grade, second grade, and third grade. I am so excited to be here at Green Elementary teaching 4th grade.
