I have been working in the L'Anse Creuse Public School district for 18 years but this is  my fourth year at Graham Elementary.  I taught third-grade at Lobbestael Elementary for several years and then worked as the Learning Support Specialist (LSS) until I  moved to Middle School East where I taught social studies and science for one year. Now I'm working at Graham and I'm loving it! 

Working as the Learning Support Specialist is great because I have the priviledge of working with all the students in the building. As the Learning Support Specialist I teach reading and writing strategies to the teachers and the students.  Very often I get to work with the parents as well.

Please check out the newsletter that I send out each month.  It provides lots of reading and writing activities that your child can do at home with you.
