Snacks
The children will be allowed to have a small healthy snack in the morning. I will provide a snack calendar each month. It would be helpful if your child could bring in a snack on the morning that they are assigned. PLEASE NO CANDY, COOKIES, SWEETS OR CHIPS. Some healthy snack ideas:
- cold cereal (healthy kind of course),
- cheese
- crackers
- graham crackers
- fruit
- vegetables
- yogurt
- bagels
- trail mix
- pretzels
