Saving Documents From Home

Some students want to work on assignments at home and send them to me here at school through their email.  Some students have newer versions of Word or PowerPoint and need to save their items a special way.

Here is a step by step plan to save items so that we can retrieve them here at school.

Word

Select "Save As" button

Select "Word '97-2003 document"

Save

PowerPoint

Select "Save As" button

Select "PowerPoint '97-2003 Presentation"

Save.
