·         Ask for Kids – This kid safe version of the popular Ask Jeeves, only provides answers that have been evaluated for appropriateness. 

 

·         FactHound – FactHound allows students to select their grade, and based on their grade, pulls up the most up-to –date “kid friendly” research related to their search term.

 

·         Kids Click – This search engine designed for kids by librarians to direct kids to age appropriate research sources.

 

·         OneKey – Provides results that are filtered hence made safe for kids.

 

·         SuperKids – A very attractive interface.  Very “kid friendly.”

 

·         YAHOO! Kids – The children’s companion site to YAHOO!
