Audacity

  • Royalty-Free Music:  This award-winning library of stock music is great for your Audacity podcasting projects.

 

Higher Level Thinking
  • The Creative Educator:  This online version of Tech4Learning's print magazine contains numerous articles on how to use creativity tools to facilitate higher level thinking.
  • Differentiating Instruction with Technology for K-5 Classrooms:  Although the primary topic is using technology to differentiate instruction, a comprehensive chart outlining and providing applications for Marzano's 9 is included. 
  • Getting Acquainted with the Essential 9:  By Robert J. Marzano, this article provides explanations of the Essential 9 Instruction Strategies as well as applications in which to use them. 
  • Quality Thinking and Learning:  This Australian site contains numerous Bloom's Taxonomy resources and more.
  • Teachers Toolbox:  This colorful, easy to navigate website not only contains Bloom's resources, but, other higher level thinking resources, as well.

Kidspiration/Inspiration

  • Inspiration Software Inc.:  This website by the Inspiration/Kidspiration software company provides numerous resources searchable by grade level.  It also allows you to download a state standards match, letting you match Michigan standards to lesson plan ideas.

WebBlender Resources

  • Creative Educator:  Creative Educator Magazine provides lesson plans and technology integration ideas in a step by step format for Tech4Learning products, including WebBlender.
  • How to Link WebBlender FilesIllustrates how to link WebBlender files together when using a classroom logon.
  • Tech4Learning: By the creators of WebBlender, this site includes tutorials, lesson ideas, samples, and more.

L'Anse Creuse Students and Staff now have access to the online version of World Book Encyclopedia.  This highly interactive site is great for homework help, family learning, and much more!  For home access, a username and password are necessary.  Please contact your child's teacher to obtain the logon information.
