Andersen Fairy Tales (1-5)

Home of Hans Christian Andersen Fairy Tales, this site includes animated fairy tales as well as a history of the Grimm Brothers, games, and printables.

  

Classic Fairy Tales (K-5)

This internet hotlist contains many, many valuable fairy tale resources.  You'll find everything from lesson plans and printables to interactive, online activities for you students!  The Classic Fairy Tales site is an invaluable resource to anyone teaching fairy tales.

 

Fairy Tale Land (K-5)

This interactive website contains numerous resources for K-5 students.  Children can listen to online fairy tales, complete crossword puzzles, and much more.  In addition, this site incorporates many cross-curricular activities including grammar, ABC order, music, art, and math.  Furthermore, each story and unit plan contains a teachers' guide.

 

Grimm Fairy Tales  (1-5)

Home of the Brothers Grimm Fairy Tales, this site includes animated fairy tales as well as a history of the Grimm Brothers, games, and printables.

 

Scholastic Fairy Tales (2-5)
Scholastic offers this kid-centered site about fairy tales, making use of interactive timelines, maps and writer's workshops to make classic genres come alive for kids.  In addition, interviews with fairy tale authors, fractured fairy tales and a place for students to publish their own fairy tales can be found on the site.  A teachers' guide is also included.
