Hello and thank you for visiting my website! I am looking forward to a very exciting and memorabe school year.
My name is Laura Zaiglin and I am thrilled to be teaching your first grader this year. This is my sixth year teaching first grade at Carkenord Elementary. I graduated from Western Michigan University in December 2003 with a Bachelor's of Science triple minoring in math/science, elementary education, and integrated creative arts. I completed my masters degree in early childhood education at Saginaw Valley State University.
It is my goal to provide your child with the highest quality education ever. To obtain this, I feel it is crucial to have good communication between the home and school. Please feel free to contact me any time.
