Here are some activities to work on at home:

Practice sight and word wall words. Each child has sight words to practice reading and word wall words to practice spelling.

Have your child write a story or poem. Give them something to write about. For example, your favorite holiday or a birthday party.

Practice telling time to the quarter hour and minutes with a standard clock.
- Have your child count back change from $1.00 or more. If they pay, $0.56 how much change would they get back.
- Practice addition, subtraction or multiplication facts.
- Read together.
- Play a board game together or a puzzle.
- Write a letter to a family member and address the envelope, then mail.
- Go outside and ride a bike or take a walk.
- Have lots of fun as a family!!
