About Ms. Adamski

email me at adamsau@lc-ps.org

Growing up in Royal Oak, Michigan was a wonderful experience.  I  attended Royal Oak Public Schools and graduated from Dondero High School in 1993.  Next, I attended Oakland University and graduated in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education with a major in Mathematics and a minor is German Language.  I recently received my Masters of Education Degree in Educational Leadership at Saginaw Valley State University.  One day soon, maybe I will be an administrator.

I was very lucky and got hired right away at Atwood Elementary.  I worked as a parapro for half the day and job shared with Mrs. Bury teaching second grade.  The next year, I started teaching third grade.  Then, I looped with my third graders and took them to fourth grade.  That's where I have been since.  This will be my eighth year teaching fourth grade.  I absolutely love teaching Fourth Grade.

I am the youngest of three children.  I have an older sister and an older brother.  Both of them are married and have given me 3 nieces, and 3 nephews so far.  We are a very close knit family and spend a lot of time together.  My parents have a cabin on forty acres up north in Iosco County, so I have been busy exploring the wooded forty acres and observing the wildlife.  I enjoy spending time up north every summer. It is a great way to relax and get revived for a new year.

I currently live in Auburn Hills.   I bought my house in 2001 and have been busy learning about home improvements.  I just put my house on the Market and am looking for a new home.
