All About Me:

     I am not originally from Michigan. I grew up on the West Coast in Vancouver, WA. I graduated from Empire State College in Watertown, NY with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Psychology. I obtained my Masters in Teaching Degree from Washington State University in May of 1998. Soon after, my family moved to Michigan. I substitute taught for a year, while transferring my teaching certificate from Washington and then was hired at Atwood. This is my sixth year teaching here. I have taught 1st grade, 1/2 multiage, and K/1/2 multiage.

     My husband and I have been married for 13 years and have 2 wonderful daughters ages 10 and 3.
