Behavior Expectations and Consequences

It is expected that students will follow these rules in all areas of the school, including the hallway, lunchroom, bus and bus stop, etc.

BE SAFE

*Keep hands and feet to yourself

*Use all equipment and supplies properly

*Follow directions

 

BE RESPONSIBLE

*Bring materials to class

* Complete assignments on time

*Listen to speaker

 

BE RESPECTFUL

*Keep hands, feet, and negative comments to yourself

*treat others the way you would want to be treated

*pick up after yourself

 

The following steps will be taken if a rule is broken in the classroom:

1.  Warning and then flip card to number two.

2.  Flip card to number three and fill out a    "Think Sheet".  Think sheets must be taken home and signed by both the parent and the student.

3.  Flip card to number 4 and there will be a phone call home.

4.  Behavior Card - When a student receives five behavior cards, the principal will request a meeting with the student, teacher, and parents.
