Miss Kleusch's Web Page!

Hello!  My name is Nancy Kleusch, and I am the new speech-language pathologist at Atwood Elementary.  In 2007, I graduated from Wayne State University with my Bachelor's Degree in Education.  In May 2009, I graduated with my Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and received my Teaching Certificate from Wayne State.  I am thrilled to be a part of the Atwood team for the 2009-2010 school year!  I love working with the students, staff, and parents at Atwood.  I look forward to learning more about my students and helping them succeed to the best of their ability!

About Me!

I come from a family of educators.  Both of my parents are teachers.  My dad worked in South Lake Public Schools for thirty-four years.  My mom started out in South Lake Public Schools (where she met my father), and after taking seventeen years off to raise her children, she went back to work in a few different Catholic schools. 

I am the youngest of three girls.  My oldest sister is a learning specialist in Livonia Public Schools, and my older sister is a speech-language pathologist in Grosse Pointe Public Schools. 

I am currently engaged to be married on June 26, 2010.  In my spare time, my fiance and I are busy spending time with our families, planning our wedding, and remodeling the house that we will move into after we are married!
