All About Me

Colleen Sloan-Kowal

The 2006-2007 school year marks my eighth year of teaching at Atwood Elementary School.  This is my third year teaching third grade.  Previously, I have taught fifth grade and kindergarten.

I am a graduate of the L'Anse Creuse Public Schools.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts degreee in Communications, and a Master of Arts in Teaching-Elementary Education degree.

I enjoy singing, swimming, gardening, spending time with family, and reading to my two children Maria and Max.

I have been maried to Eric for 14 years.  Our daughter Maria will be in third grade at Atwood, this year.  Our son Max is beginning his second year of preschool.  As a family, we enjoy watching movies, reading, going for walks, and bike riding.
