I grew up in Warren, MI.  I attended  Macomb Community College after graduation from Warren Woods Tower High School.  After completing the core curriculum, I transferred to Wayne State University's College of Education.  In December of 2000 I graduated with my Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education.  I returned to Wayne State University where I earned my Masters Degree in December of 2004. 

My husband and I live in Grosse Pointe Woods with our daughter.  We are currently anticipating the arrival of another bundle of joy.
