Jump Rope for Heart Program

On Friday, Jan. 18, Emma V. Lobbestael and Atwood elementary schools welcome a jump rope team from Utica to demonstrate a variety of jump rope skills and tricks in conjunction with the Jump Rope for Heart program slated for February.  In addition to the jump rope team, Cheryl Muscott from the American Heart Association will discuss the importance of Jump Rope for Heart and how heart disease affects all of our families. The assemblies are scheduled for 1:30 p.m. at Lobbestael and 2:45 p.m. at Atwood.  For more information, contact Andrew Osterholm, physical education teacher, at osteran@lc-ps.org.
