The Board of Education approved a new policy last year for distributing materials from outside agencies. The new policy states that the district will only distribute flyers through the school district for governmental agencies (ex: township offices, township libraries, township parks and recreation).

All other nonprofit organizations will only be allowed to advertise on the district’s Internet website. An electronic copy of the flyer should be sent to the attention of Shirley Flisnik for approval and publication on the website.

Flyers from profit organizations, as in the past, will not be approved for distribution or publication on the Internet website. Board policy does not support advertising of profit organizations.

Community Events will be posted on the Community Events webpage according to the date of the event.  These may not be L'Anse Creuse Public Schools' district program, nor is the district in any way affiliated with the advertised program.  Registration or distribution of this flyer at a district facility is not an endorsement, sponsorship or approval by the district of the activity or program advertised.  This is a non-profit organization.
