Meet Mrs. Zimmer 

Hi!  My name is Tami Zimmer and I have been at Riverside Academy since January 2008.  I currently teach at the Riverside Academy North site in New Haven.  At this site, I oversee the following subject areas:  Math, Physics, Biology, Health, Astronomy, and a virtual class for Riverside Academy at the Pellerin Center for Sales & Marketing.  

I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in December 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree which includes a major in Mathematics and minor in Physics.  I will have completed my Master's in Secondary Science Education for Earth and Space Science by the end of this school year. 

My hobbies include gardening, reading, learning new things, and photography.

Cookies & Catch Up

Every Tuesday and Thursday after school we offer "Cookies & Catch Up" at Riverside North.  We bring in snacks such as cookies, brownies, etc for students who choose to stay after school to either catch up on work or do work to get ahead.
