Kindergarten Options

Traditional Half-Day Program

Children attend either a morning or afternoon session.  In most cases, transportation is provided to and from home and school daily.

Full-Time Kindergarten Program

Full-Time Kindergarten Program is available at each of our ten elementary schools.  Parents must apply for the program on or before the posted deadline.  Kindergarten Preference Forms are available on our website or call the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at 586-783-6300, extension 1010.

School Age Child Care Program (SACC)

Childcare before and after the regular school day is available at each of the elementary buildings School Age Child Care Program.  Registration forms are available in the school office or through the SACC site director anytime in the school year.
