Tim is the Executive Chef for L'Anse Creuse Public Schools and the Area Executive Chef Manager for Sodexo Education Services. He has two degrees from The New England Culinary Institute, Associates in Culinary Arts and a Bachelors in Restaurant and Hospitality management. He is responsible for training Food & Nutrition Service employees, procurement of foods and supplies, demonstration cooking, inventory, and all culinary related aspects to name a few.

Tanya is the Assistant Food and Nutrition Service Director. She has a BS in Dietetics from MSU. She has worked as the Foodservice Director for nursing homes, Chrysler Tech Center and Ford Motor Company. She has also worked for MSE Extension teaching families how to cook with limited incomes and taught WIC classes and cooking classes for shelters.  She creates the district breakfast and lunch menus (also Headstart) and calculates the nutrients and carb grams in both.
