L’Anse Creuse Public Schools is excited to offer a variety of professional development opportunities for aspiring and existing leaders through the Leadership Academy Program. The Secondary Leadership Academy Program is designed to provide participants with a variety of opportunities to  explore current and relevant leadership topics, interact with other leaders and further develop and enhance the capacity for leading. The programs are based on the six Interstate School Leader Licensure  Consortium (ISSLC) standards.

Participants will be actively involved in a professional learning environment through inquiry, discussion and shared teaching and learning. A wide range of activities and  experiences based on real-life scenarios will prepare current and future leaders to deal with the demands, expectations, challenges and standards facing public school educators.
