FACILITY USE

     It is the policy of the L'Anse Creuse Public Schools to approve the use of district buildings and grounds by properly organized and responsible groups, when the use of facilities does not interfere with the daily school student routine or any school-sponsored student activity.  
     Requests for use must be submitted to the Administrator in charge of the building/location of use, by completion of a "Request for Use of School Facilities."  During periods of building closure, such as Summer Recess, requests should be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent.

FORMS

• Request for Use of School Facilities
  (Required for use of all district facilities and grounds.)
  
  Youth and nationally-recognized organizations that serve the district youth and/or adult residents of LCPS have the option to complete a Request for Service Project.  If applying for a service project, under the terms outlined in the form (below), the Request for Use of School Facilities Form is not required. 

• Form A - Fundraising Programs
  (Required for all LCPS fundraising programs.)
  
• Form B - Special Use*
  (Required to request use of High School Special Use facilities:  pools, baseball diamonds, or football stadiums.)  *Please scroll down and to the left for contact information for Special Use Requests. 
  
• Form C - Kitchen Facilities
  (Required for use of Kitchen and Concession facilities.  Required for the use of Cafeteria, or other designated student eating areas, for events that involve the distribution of food or beverages in open containers.)
