FACILITY USE
It is the policy of the L'Anse Creuse Public Schools to approve the use of district buildings and grounds by properly organized and responsible groups, when the use of facilities does not interfere with the daily school student routine or any school-sponsored student activity.
Requests for use must be submitted to the Administrator in charge of the building/location of use, by completion of a "Request for Use of School Facilities." During periods of building closure, such as Summer Recess, requests should be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent.
The priority for use of district facilities is listed below. Please note that, at any time, L’Anse Creuse Public Schools retains the right to revoke or displace your previously-approved use for use by groups of greater priority. Generally, prioritization is as follows: 1) School Use, 2) Community Education, 3) School Booster Groups, 4) Other Government Organizations (Parks & Recreation), 5) Community Groups. For-Profit Organizations will be accommodated as space permits.

FORMS
Request for Use of School Facilities(General Application for use by non-district affiliates, as defined in the Group Definitions.)
Groups II and III Users, and Group I Users, not qualifying for other plans, should complete this form. This form IS NOT required for use qualified under the terms, below:
LCPS District Groups (District Affiliates)
(Abbreviated Application for use by internal groups, district affiliates, as defined in the Group Definitions, including: School Building and Departments, Clubs/Student Groups, PTO's, Boosters.)
Athletic Field Use by AYSO/Little League/Travel League Groups (Request for Use by nationally-recognized youth leagues, AYSO, Little League, and Travel Leagues.)
A $75.00 per Application Fee for in-season use of outdoor fields, for organizations located in the L'Anse Creuse Public School attendance area. Fee does not include and is not applicable to use of indoor facilities. Use of indoor facilities will follow the Group I rates, as stated on the Fee Schedule, as posted. Waiver of rental fees cannot be made for activities involving fundraising or sale of goods, or compensation of any individual or group.
Athletic Field Use
(Request for Use of an Athletic Field by non-AYSO, Little League or Travel League Use.)
Neighborhood Use/Recreation
(Request for Neighborhood Use/Recreation by individuals or groups located within the L'Anse Creuse Public Schools attendance area. Proof of residency must be attached.
A $250 Application Fee, in lieu of rental fees, for neighborhood recreational use of a Gym, Multi-Purpose Room, Classroom, or Media Center, per two-hour use, October 1 through May 30, no holidays/no weekends. Special rate is not available for league use, travel leagues, commercial/for-profit use, or use by other educational institutions. Waiver of rental fees cannot be made for activities involving fundraising or sale of goods, or compensation of any individual or group.
Request for Service Project
(Request for use by youth and nationally-recognized organizations that serve the district youth and/or adult residents of LCPS.)
A $25 Application Fee and Service Project (in lieu of *rental fee) are required. *Use includes room for student den/troop/club meetings, local leader meetings, registration/ round-up. Rental does not include large group functions, such as, but not limited to: regional meetings, Pack meetings, graduation or Cross Over-type ceremonies, and require separate application using the Request for Use of School Facilities, above. Waiver of rental fees cannot be made for activities involving fundraising or sale of goods, or compensation of any individual or group.
